How does renting a bartender work?

Renting a bartender at The Cocktail Agency is very simple. You apply for a professional bartender for your event and we will make sure your guests have the best cocktails and top entertainment from behind the bar during the party. In addition to a professional bartender, we provide the following when you choose for a cocktail bartender hire:

  • A cool mobile cocktail bar
  • Materials such as glassware, bar tools such as bleacher, shakers, strainers and ice cubes/crushed ice
  • Ingredients such as spirits, liqueurs, herbs, syrups, purees and fresh juices and the finest fruit and more for garnish

Do you request easily online or by phone. If you have any questions, we will help you directly or we will contact you as soon as possible.

Can I hire a bartender as extra staff?

We provide a complete cocktail bar service. If you want to hire a cocktail bartender next to other/your current bar staff, you can, but our cocktail bartender provides his own cocktail service with his own cocktails. Our bartenders cannot be hired as extra staff behind the regular bar. Are you interested in renting a cocktail bartender including cocktail catering? Then please feel free to contact with us.

How much does it cost to hire a cocktail bartender?

Example of a price indication with the purchase of a fixed number of cocktails:

  • - 20 people, 2 cocktails per person. This includes: 40 cocktails, cocktail bartender, specially selected premium ingredients and toppings by The Cocktail Agency, beautiful mobile cocktail bar, glasses, ice cream and logistics (excluding transport costs). The price amounts to €25,- per person.

 

  • - 100 people with 2 cocktails per person. This includes: 200 drinks, 2 cocktail bartenders, beautiful mobile cocktail bar, specially selected premium ingredients and toppings by The Cocktail Agency, glasses, ice cream and logistics (excluding transport costs). The price amounts to €15,- per person.

All prices are indications and depend on the wishes and cocktail choices.

Example of a price indication with the purchase of unlimited number of cocktails for heavy drinkers:

  • - 80 people with unlimited cocktails. This includes: unlimited cocktails in 3 hours, bartender, specially selected premium ingredients and toppings by The Cocktail Agency, beautiful mobile cocktail bar, glasses, ice cream and logistics (excluding transport costs). The price amounts to €30,- per person.
