Sailing Yacht Perseus^3

We flew in to collaborate with super Sailing Yacht Perseus^3 to develop their very own signature cocktail to serve at the Yacht Hop & Cocktail Event during the Perini Navi Cup 2018 in Sardinia – Italy.
The Perseus^3 cocktail – Rum, Greek yoghurt, Mirto Bianco, banana liqueur, local lemon juice and freshly grated nutmeg on top with an edible print of the Perseus^3 logo – ingredients even the Greek god Perseus would aprove!

The College Hotel book

Dave was interviewed about his experience as a trainee and later as supervisor during his service at The College Hotel.

The College Hotels is unique in it’s kind. On a beautiful place in Amsterdam south is a beautiful boutique hotel in a gorgeous school dated from 1895. The interior is worth while the detour, but definitly the bar and restaurant is terrific where topchef Schilo van Coevorden cooks the modern Dutch kitchen.

The College Hotel has a reason to be located in an former school. The hotel is run by students under the guidance of professionals.


MOMO Restaurant, Bar & Lounge Amsterdam

Dave had the pleasure to work together with international top photographer Dan Perez and was involved in the drinkstyling in this book during his duty as bar manager for MOMO Restaurant, Bar & Lounge Amsterdam over the past 5 years.

MOMO’s owner Yossi Eliyahoo and executive chef Hari Shetty created the unique collector’s item in collaboration with international top photographer Dan Perez to showcase the brilliance of MOMO’s culinary creations.

The MOMO book artfully captures the essence of the restaurant, its internationally recognized signature dishes and stylish interior design to the people behind the scenes and their intriguing tips and the secrets. The success of this stalwart restaurant of The Netherlands, the book why MOMO and how its presence since 2008 has changed the restaurant landscape in Amsterdam.
